Caring for your Jewelry Remove before showers, going to bed, or any physical activities. Harsh chemicals such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, chlorine & seawater may cause damage.
Cleaning your Jewelry Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth for daily cleaning and occasionally with an alcohol pad for hygienic purposes.
Storing your Jewelry Store separately to avoid tangles and away from the sun to avoid discoloration.

Orders will be shipped within 36 hours(of a business day) to the shipping address provided at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days and may be longer for some rural areas or outside Malaysia. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
Only selected areas within Klang Valley are eligible for same-day delivery and addresses in West Malaysia are eligible for next-day delivery. The cut-off time is at 3 PM, orders received after 3 PM will ordinarily arrange to send out the next day and arrive on the same/following working day.
Working days are counted as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If you have Pre-ordered item/s within your order, the process of waiting wouldn't take longer than 10 - 15 working days and maybe longer for some rural areas or outside Malaysia. The whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s is back in stock.
Return & Exchange.
We will gladly return/exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] or live chat us to initiate the process. We are more than happy to help and will make every effort to respond as soon as possible.
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
