Storing your Jewelry Store separately using the provided air-tight pouch to prevent tangling and keep away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration.

Caring for your Jewelry Remove before showers, going to bed, or any physical activities. Harsh chemicals such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, chlorine & seawater may cause damage.

Cleaning your Jewelry Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth for daily cleaning and occasionally with an alcohol pad for hygienic purposes.

FAQ

Normal Delivery Orders will be shipped within 36 hours(of a business day) to the shipping address provided at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days and may be longer for some rural areas or outside Malaysia. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.

Same-Day Delivery is only available for selected areas within the Klang Valley. The cut-off time for placing orders is 5 PM on working days. Please note that same-day delivery is not available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Malaysia. If you place an order outside of working days, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next-Day Delivery. Only addresses in West Malaysia are eligible for next-day delivery. The cut-off time is at 1 PM, orders received after 1 PM will ordinarily arrange to send out the next day and arrive on the same/following working day.

Scenario 1:  Orders placed BEFORE cut-off time (1 PM) on Friday, you will be receiving the parcel on Saturday or Monday.

Scenario 2:  Orders placed on Friday AFTER cut-off time (1 PM), orders will be sent out on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

Scenario 3: Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday, orders will be sent out on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

P/S: In the event of failure to deliver during the time frame, the total of the next-day delivery fee will be refunded and credited to your store credit.

Pre-order Items. If you have Pre-ordered item/s within your order, the process of waiting wouldn't take longer than 10 - 15 working days and maybe longer for some rural areas or outside Malaysia. The whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s is back in stock.

Return & Exchange. We will gladly return/exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] or live chat with us to initiate the process. We are more than happy to help and will make every effort to respond as soon as possible.

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
